Our Client is a prestigious financial institution that is part of its growth.

OCCUPATION

You will be responsible for providing commercial information; support and support the customer in the use of the Bank's products and services; proceed with the treatment of situations of loss of means of payment; receive, handle or forward complaints and suggestions received; make contacts with Customers and Non-Customers; prepare statistics and reports inherent to the activity; as well as, operationalize and execute the telephone credit recovery, within the previously defined rules.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Management Informatics, Law and other equivalent areas;
  • Completion of the Degree with a minimum score of 14 points;
  • Age not over 27 years old;
  • Good computer skills and command of MS Excel;
  • Good oral and written communication;
  • Nice presentation;
  • Analysis and critical sense;
  • Planning and Organization;
  • Availability to work in shifts.
